Lack of timely access to both information and resources is a major social determinant of health. Faith-based and community organizations are uniquely positioned to disseminate information and resources that meet the needs of underserved community members. To position the community organizations at the core of what we do, we’ve assembled robust technology to empower community members to better advocate for themselves, their families, and their community, while integrating engagement opportunities for our Partners and Community Members, or Individuals.

We’ve invented a better way for healthcare payers, providers, public health, clinical trial, medical device, and life sciences companies to have sustainable and mutually beneficial conversations with the people who matter most—community members.

We enable our Community Partners to access and subject matter authority within our Community Organization groups (OHCTeams) and our Community Member groups (OHC Members). Our solution leverages social networking, learning modules (webinars, podcasts, document sharing, video engagement), surveys, and HIPAA compliant messaging to understand better, communicate, engage, and report activity within Community Organization and Community Member groups.

We work with your team to handcraft campaigns that impact CBO’s and Individuals with the right message, at the right place and time, within targeted and already engaged groups. Your message is amplified via our network of selected community organizations and member groups with the curated content and trusted voice of OHC.
